TCP Group, Utokapat Foundation and HII collaborate to manage community water resources with science and technology in "TCP Embracing Thailand's River Basin" Project

TCP Embracing Thailand’s River Basin

Bangkok (September 2019) – TCP Group, the manufacturer and distributor of Krating Daeng (Red Bull), Ready, Som Plus, Sponsor, Mansome and Puriku brand beverages as well as Sun Snack snacks, through ‘‘TCP Embracing Thailand’s River Basin’ Project recently signed a memorandum of understanding with Utokapat Foundation Under the Royal Patronage of HM the King and the Hydro Informatics Institute (Public Organization).  Under the MOU, they will work together to promote and support the self-reliance approach of community water source management and development applying the science and technology around Yom and Prachinburi river basin to decrease the floods and drought.  The project focuses on the water security for consumption, including the better livelihood, and local economy to ensure the long term and sustain the farmers’ income.  The goal is to increase over 12 million cubic metres of water supply in the next five years (2019-2023).
