In 2021, TCP Group focused on the rapidly changing economic, social and environmental aspects of its operations – both now and in the future. The company began working more closely with partners, such as ERM-Siam Co., Ltd., a global environmental and sustainability consultancy, to collect important information on sustainability to better respond to the demands of stakeholders and achieve the company’s new purpose of “Energizing a Better World for All” through four dimensions which TCP Group will focus from now on:

  • Product Excellence
  • Carbon Neutrality
  • Circular Economy
  • Water Sustainability

TCP Group’s Sustainability Report also reveals the company’s successes under the TCP Sustainability Framework, including achieving 100% of partners signing an acknowledgement of business ethics and announcement of risk management policy of TCP Group, reaching 100% of the targets of the Food Safety System Certification Scheme (FSSC 22000), and the certification of five TCP Group products for the Water Footprint assessment from 2 products targeted. The company is also promoting skills development for its staff, with 100% of employees already having a personal development plan (PDP).

These achievements are only some of the successes resulting from the cooperation between TCP Group and its partners in driving a more sustainable society and better days together.
