International music resonates at Orange Isle, as TCP Group utilizes music as a medium to promote Sino-Thai cultural exchange

The friendship between China and Thailand has a long history, dating back to the formal establishment of diplomatic relations on July 1, 1975. Both sides have maintained close cultural exchanges and economic trade ties since then. As a representative of Thai–invested businesses in China, TCP Group has its origins in Thailand and is deeply rooted in China. Since its founder, Mr. Chaleo Yoovidhya, established the first Red Bull factory in China in 1993 as a way to give back to his homeland, this year marks the thirtieth anniversary of the Red Bull brand's entry into the Chinese market. While continuously increasing its investment in China, TCP Group actively explores innovative forms of experience to contribute to friendly Sino-Thai cultural exchanges. The purpose behind the TCP Group's "Very Thai" Music Festival is to utilize international music as a medium and diverse cultural experience activities to further promote Sino-Thai economic and trade exchanges and cultural interactions. This initiative, along with TCP Group's deep involvement in its Red Bull business in China, aims to foster greater economic ties and cultural exchange between China and Thailand.

This new direction has broadened the scope for cooperation between the two nations, fostering even closer exchanges at various levels and strengthening practical collaboration across different sectors. Moreover, the construction of the Thailand-China Community with Shared Future continues to deepen and solidify. In particular, bilateral cultural exchanges have become an important highlight in Thailand-China relations. The ‘Very Thai’ Music Festival, as a brand-new attempt by Thai companies investing in China to promote Thai-Chinese cultural exchanges, is believed to be an important supplement to further promote economic cooperation, deepen cultural exchanges, and enhance people-to-people friendship between Thailand and China.”
